Salads and Dressings

Mustard Vinaigrette
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons Plochman’s Premium® Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon leaves or 3/4 teaspoon
dried tarragon leaves
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix together all ingredients with a wire whisk.

Variation: Substitute 4 teaspoons minced fresh dill weed or
1 teaspoon dried dill weed for tarragon.
