Salads and Dressings

Chili Vinaigrette
Combine in a cruet:
1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Plochman’s Chili Dog™ Mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Shake to blend thoroughly. Serve on taco salad, or use as a marinade for chicken or beef. Makes 1 cup.
