- 1/4 cup Plochman’s Mild Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cup Plochman’s Stone Ground Mustard
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Use as a marinade for chicken breasts or thighs.
