Sweet & Tangy Vegetable Glaze

  • 3 tablespoons Plochman’s Honey Dippin’ Mustard Spread
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Slowly heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Pour the heated mixture over warm vegetables, such as green beans, cauliflower or broccoli.
Glazes 3 cups of vegetables.
