Spicy Cuban Mustard Slaw

A sophisticated slaw recipe featuring dandelion greens, sauerkraut and Plochman's Cuban Mustard.

Spicy Cuban Mustard Slaw

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

  • 1 bunch dandelion greens
  • 1 c green kale, cut in chiffonade
  • 1/2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 c sauerkraut, drained
  • 5 oz broccoli slaw
  • 5 oz carrots, cut in matchsticks
  • 1 dill pickle, julienned
  • 1 T Sriracha sauce
  • 3-4 oz Plochman’s Cuban Mustard

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Serving Suggestion: Great as a side dish or tasty hot dog or sausage topper.
