Spicy Cuban Mustard Slaw

  • 1 bunch dandelion greens
  • 1 cup green kale, cut in chiffonade
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 package (5 ounces) broccoli slaw
  • 3 medium carrots (5 ounces), cut into matchsticks
  • 1 dill pickle, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup Plochman’s Cuban Mustard
  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Serve
