Mustard Chicken Wraps
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons Plochman’s Honey Dijon Mustard
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
4 fajita wraps

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Sauté over medium heat until almost done. Add onions and peppers, and cook and stir over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add mustard and stir until blended and warmed through. Divide mixture among fajita wraps. Roll and serve. Serves 2-4.
