1/4 cup
Plochman’s Mild Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup Plochman’s Natural
Stone Ground Mustard
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon minced shallot or onion
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
In small bowl, combine mustards, vinegar, shallot, sugar and garlic. Place chicken in 8-inch
glass baking dish or glass pie plate. Reserve 1/3 cup mustard
mixture; pour remaining mustard mixture over chicken, turning to
coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 4 hours. Mix together
reserved mustard mixture, mayonnaise and sour cream; refrigerate.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken over
medium-high coals, 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until center is no
longer pink. Serve with mayonnaise mixture. Makes 6 servings.
