Plochman's Peachy Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Plochman’s Premium® Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon peach preserves
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried ginger)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound chicken wings

Combine in a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place 1 pound chicken wings in pan. Pour mixture over all. Bake 1 hour. Can also be used to glaze chicken breasts. Serves 4.
