| Sweet-n-Spicy Baked Chicken |

3-4 large pieces of chicken
(1 1/2 -2 pounds) 1/2 cup Plochman’s Natural Stone Ground Mustard 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar Place chicken pieces on a rack in a shallow pan (remove skin if desired). Mix mustard and sugar together until smooth. Spread about half of the mixture over the chicken pieces. Place on center rack in oven and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 -1 3/4 hours at 325°F. Turn chicken once and cover with remaining mixture halfway through cooking time. Serves 3-4. Variations: Cook chicken on an outdoor grill. Delicious as a ham glaze. Recipe will glaze a 3-pound ham. |
