Mustard Spiced Steak
1  sirloin steak, about 1 pound
1/2 cup Plochman’s Spicy Peppa® Mustard
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 large onion, sliced
1 large clove garlic, minced

Combine mustard, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce. Pour into a non-reactive dish or sealable plastic bag. Add onion and steak. Marinate 8 hours or overnight. Drain. Broil or grill over medium coals 4-5 minutes each side, or to desired doneness. If desired, sauté onion slices in 1 tablespoon olive oil until tender to serve alongside.  Serves 2.
