Mustard Marinade for Pork
1 cup Plochman’s Honey Dijon Mustard
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons dry tarragon
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine ingredients in a non-reactive dish. Can be used as a marinade for pork ribs or pork tenderloin. Makes 2 cups.
