Honey Mustard Ham Salad Sandwiches
2 cups finely chopped ham (about 1/2 pound)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons minced green onion
4 tablespoons Plochman’s Honey Dijon Mustard
8 slices pumpernickel bread
Spinach leaves
4 slices Muenster cheese

Mix together ham, mayonnaise, onion, and mustard. For each sandwich, top 1 bread slice with spinach, cheese slice, 1/2 cup ham mixture and second bread slice. Makes 4 sandwiches.

Honey Mustard Pitas: Substitute Swiss cheese slices for Muenster cheese and pita bread for pumpernickel. Cut pita bread rounds in half. Line pockets with spinach; fill with remaining ingredients.
