Apricot Mustard Glazed Ham
3/4 cup apricot preserves
1/3 cup Plochman’s Mild Yellow Mustard
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 smoked, fully cooked half ham, 6 to 9 pounds

Mix together preserves, mustard, sugar and vinegar. Place rack in roasting pan; place ham on rack. Bake at 325°F, 1 1/2 hours. Brush with preserve mixture. Continue cooking 30 to 60 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 130°F, basting every 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 16 to 24 servings.

Grilled Apricot Mustard Glazed Ham: Grill ham in covered grill or on rotisserie over low coals, basting as directed.
