Yellow Barrel Barbecue Sauce
2 cups Plochman’s Mild Yellow Mustard
2 cups catsup
2 cups cider vinegar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 –1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Serve with shredded cooked beef, pork or chicken on hamburger buns. Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
