Herb and Mustard Shrimp
1 pound cooked peeled shrimp
3 tablespoons
Plochman’s Premium® Dijon Mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon each:  dried thyme, dill, tarragon, and rosemary

Combine mustard and spices, add shrimp and toss to cover. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 8 as appetizers.
