Fat Free Herbed Mustard Veggie Dip
1 carton (8 oz.) nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons Plochman’s Mild Yellow Mustard
2 tablespoons minced green onion or fresh chives
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon fresh dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix together all ingredients; chill several hours. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
